Our service
Marshall Estate Portal is an information-gathering and document-preparation service operated by Marshall Wills & Trusts. Completing the online questionnaire does not by itself create or register a Lasting Power of Attorney. Your documents must be prepared, correctly signed, witnessed and registered with the Office of the Public Guardian before they can be used.
Fees
Our preparation fee is confirmed to you in writing before work begins. Any Office of the Public Guardian registration fee is separate and payable to the OPG.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information and tell us promptly if anything changes. We will always check important points with you before documents are produced.
