We collect the details you enter into the questionnaire, including your contact details and the information needed to prepare your Lasting Power of Attorney, together with basic technical records needed to keep your account secure.
Why we hold it
We use your information to review your answers, discuss them with you and prepare your documents. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is protected
Information is stored in an access-controlled system, transmitted over encrypted connections, and visible only to the firm and to you. Notification emails deliberately exclude sensitive details.
Your rights
